At Padel Source, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery options, estimated delivery times, and important information for UK and international orders.

Order processing times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, product launches, sales, events, or unforeseen courier delays, dispatch may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

UK shipping

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.

EU shipping

We offer Standard International Shipping to selected EU countries.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier performance.

International shipping

We offer Standard International Shipping to selected international countries outside the UK and EU.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and courier performance.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges once it reaches the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges that may apply. Padel Source is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid import charges.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled delivery details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@padelsource.co We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the courier has received the parcel.

Delivery delays

We work with third-party couriers and delivery partners. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times shown above, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, courier disruption, peak periods, bank holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@padelsource.co and we will look into it for you.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived, please contact us at support@padelsource.co with your order number.

We may need to investigate the delivery with the courier before offering a replacement or refund. We will handle each case fairly and in line with your statutory rights.

Refused deliveries and unpaid customs charges

If an international order is refused, not collected, or returned to us because customs duties, import taxes, or local charges were not paid, we may deduct any return shipping costs, customs fees, or handling charges from any refund due, where permitted by law.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable in these circumstances.

Changes to shipping locations

We currently ship to selected countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, this means we do not currently offer shipping there.

We may add more countries and regions in the future.
