Refund policy
At Padel Source, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange your items in line with the policy below.
Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to return or exchange an item, and a further 14 days to send it back.
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels intact.

For hygiene reasons, apparel with built-in liners (such as our Pro Padel 7” Shorts) must be unworn beyond trying on for size. If the liner shows signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
We recommend returning items in their original packaging to help protect them in transit.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (unless faulty).
Returns

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. - If you cancel under your legal cooling-off rights, we will also refund the original outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour:
- You are responsible for the return shipping back to us.
- We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time we receive your return. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@padelsource.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@padelsource.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a returns form to include in your parcel.
- Ship the item(s) back to us within the stated time frame.
- Once received, we will process your refund or send out your replacement.
Additional Notes
- We cannot accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit — please use a tracked service.
- Refunds will not include any duties, taxes, or customs charges paid for international deliveries.
- This policy applies to all Padel Source apparel (including future product lines such as tops, jackets, and accessories), unless otherwise stated.
