1. Overview

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Padel Source Affiliate Program.

By signing up to the program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Commission

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales generated through their unique tracking link or discount code.

Commission applies storewide
Commission is calculated on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, refunds, and cancellations)

3. Discount Code

Affiliates will receive a unique discount code in the format:

{NAME}5

The current discount is 5%
Codes are valid across all products
Codes may be shared publicly
Padel Source may modify or deactivate codes at any time

4. Tracking & Attribution

A 30-day cookie duration applies
Commission is awarded on a last-click basis

5. Payments

Commission is paid monthly, typically during the last business week of each month
Minimum payout threshold is £10
Payments are made via bank transfer

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Commission will not be paid on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders.

If commission has already been credited for a refunded order, it may be deducted from future payouts.

7. Acceptable Use

Affiliates must:

Promote Padel Source honestly and accurately
Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims
Clearly disclose affiliate relationships (e.g. using “Ad” or similar)

8. Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

Run paid advertisements using the Padel Source brand name
Bid on branded keywords
Impersonate the Padel Source brand

Unless prior written permission is granted.

9. Brand Usage

Affiliates may only use approved brand assets and must not alter logos, messaging, or brand identity.

10. Content Usage

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you grant Padel Source the right to use any content created in connection with the brand for marketing purposes, including social media, website, email, and advertising.

11. Termination

Padel Source reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
